Inviting the Wisdom of Death

4th Annual Palliative Care Conference

The objectives of this conference are to provide a forum for health care and medical professionals to learn and contribute knowledge as it relates to palliative care, research, assessment, and treatment. The conference will focus on best practices for collaboration, innovations for preserving dignity, and addressing ways to incorporate palliative care practices earlier in the disease process. 

This conference is great for the following audiences: allied health care, medical professionals and trainees, including social workers, clinical psychologists, nurses, physicians, chaplains and other spiritual leaders, neuropsychologists, speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, art therapists, music therapists, and recreational therapists, as well as other professionals who want to broaden their knowledge in the area of palliative care.
